Maintenance
We offer routine maintenance services for residential systems. We also offer a discounted plan for a twice yearly option, to keep your system running efficiently year round. If needed, we offer comprehensive or as needed cleaning depending on the needs of the system.
Maintenance includes diagnostic inspection of system in cooling and heating modes, evaluating refrigerant levels and electrical conditions, cleaning and servicing the equipment, inspection of indoor filters and cleaning outdoor unit coils.
Service and Repair
We offer diagnostic and repair calls as needed. System not cooling in the summer? Not heating in the winter? We’ll send a technician to inspect your equipment, diagnose the potential problem and offer a reasonable quote defining scope, price and feasibility of repair.
Replacement Unit
We also offer replacement systems when needed. If the cost of repair of your current unit supersedes the cost of replacement, our technician will run through the details with you to get you back up and running.
Replacement services include estimate, load calculations, equipment slection, removal of existing unneeded equipment, disposal, permits, equipment installation, and inspection support, as well as equipment registration and warranty administration.
New Installation
We offer installation of new systems in new construction residential builds. These include an estimate, duct-system design, equipment sizing and selection, permits, ductwork installation, equipment installation, and inspection support, as well as equipment registration and warranty administration. We are fully licensed and insure, and have years of experience working with general contractors.
